Delivery & Returns

You have 28 days from the day of delivery of your online order to return any items back to us for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition. Please note due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer an exchange or refund on underwear, swimwear and cosmetics. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I return my order?

In order to reduce waste, we recommend that you re-use the packaging that your item arrived in and write the returns address directly onto the packaging (making sure to cover/cross-out your own delivery address). 

We recommend that you ship your return via a fully tracked and insured delivery service. As soon as we receive your item we'll process your return/exchange.

Extended Christmas Returns: Purchases made between 18 October 2021 – 24 December 2021 can be returned until 31 January 2022. Orange Label’s Returns Policy applies.

We will email you tracking information when your order has been dispatched which will update regularly so that you can keep an eye on the progress of the delivery. Occasionally parcels take slightly longer to arrive than we would like, but any delays will be communicated via the tracking information. Please allow 5 working days for the tracking to update before contacting our customer service team.
